The Mental Fitness & Resilience Lab is a skills-based training program designed to improve focus, emotional regulation, stress tolerance, and leadership skills in young adults.

This is not therapy. This is skill based training.

The Mental Fitness & Resilience Lab is a strong fit for:

How the Program Works

The Mental Fitness & Resilience Lab runs over six weeks and is designed to be predictable, practical, and engaging for teens.

Each 60-minute session includes:
• Guided regulation and grounding
• Skill-based mental fitness training
• Applied practice using movement, breath, and attention
• Structured discussion focused on skill integration

The program is delivered live in a small-group format to support connection, accountability, and practice.

The Center for Mental Fitness & Resilience is a division of RewyreU, a for-profit organization dedicated to delivering skills-based mental fitness training for adolescents and young adults.

Programs integrate neuroscience, movement, breathwork, and reflective practices to build focus, emotional regulation, stress tolerance, and leadership skills that translate to real life.
