As a school counselor, Cathy has meshed her worlds of school counseling and yoga together to create a functional holistic coaching program. Cathy guides young adults through social, emotional learning about themselves, educational & life skills.

Meet Cathy Charles

Cathy Charles brings over two decades of experience as a dedicated school counselor, having served as the Director of College Counseling at a private, all-boys college preparatory school and in a public school district known for its academic rigor, cultural diversity, and commitment to social-emotional learning. Throughout her career, Cathy has embraced a growth mindset and continuously evolved her coaching skills to better serve students and their families.

Her unique approach blends traditional counseling with holistic wellness practices—most notably, yoga. As a certified yoga teacher and wellness coach, Cathy empowers students of all ages to understand the mind-body connection as a key to unlocking their full potential. Her programs help students develop tools for managing stress, anxiety, academic pressure, and life transitions through practices that support emotional regulation, structure, and self-awareness.
